Project: Greenland Tower
Sydney’s tallest residential tower has been one of our ongoing major projects over the last 2 years. Due for completion in the next few months this 235 metre skyscraper has 67 levels of luxury apartments plus retail tenancies, carparks and a creative hub.
AllPrep has successfully completed the floor preparation on 470 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments – plus sub penthouses and penthouses – on time and within budget, in addition to grinding the surface of the car parks and retail tenancies and polishing the concrete for the creative hub areas.
